Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients. This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving account growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional account management skills and a proven ability to build lasting relationships. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, including coordination across different time zones. * Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. * Possesses an in depth understanding of their clients' markets and their industries * Prepare quarterly and annual business reviews and multiple year account plans for each account based on short, mid, and long-range plans. Provides statistical usage reports for regular client meetings * Negotiates pricing and implementation and prepares proposals for offering additional products and services (up-sells products and services) * Drive incremental revenue growth through offering and selling product solutions, with new business units, divisions, and client vendors both direct and indirect. * Provide timely and accurate information regarding candidate status, file updates, and company-specific details. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. * Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. * Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: * 3+ Years experience in account management or sales or equivalent background screening industry experience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Attention to detail and accuracy.
