We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales leadership, a track record of exceeding targets, and a passion for developing lasting customer relationships and successful sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals. * Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. * Lead, manage, and coach a team of sales representatives to ensure performance excellence and professional growth. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. * Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to optimize results. * Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM systems * Assist in pricing strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations. * Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). * 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. * Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools. * Experience selling in marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
