Skills: * Energetic and outgoing personality * Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills * Professional and effective communication * Computer proficiency * Professional, punctual, reliable, neat and organized * Strong attention to detail * Highly dependable and trustworthy * Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle * Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in membership, retail, and private training * Strong desire to learn and open to feedback Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional level of customer service to prospects and members * Create an environment of support and encouragement * Greet members, manage class check-ins, announce monthly promotions * Contact prospects via face-to-face, phone, text and email communication * Engage with prospects to determine fitness goals, develop rapport and book intro classes * Sell memberships; learn and understand the options, effectively communicate them to prospects, overcome objections and close sale * Help onboard new members * Provide assistance and information on product features and membership details * Become proficient with the client management software to troubleshoot member account inquiries and issues including class credits, billing details, cancellations, upgrades and downgrades, etc. * Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures * Engage members in Retail to increase sales * Develop sales skills through consistent training and roleplaying * Participate in grassroots marketing and community outreach events * Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio Compensation & Perks: * This position is paid hourly plus sales commission * Free Pilates classes available to all employees outside of work hours * Potential for growth within the studios including additional sales and management roles Job Type: Part-time Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Day shift * Every weekend * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends only Ability to Commute: * Beverly Hills, MI 48025 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Beverly Hills, MI 48025: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
