Summary We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at CRNA Locum Jobs. Responsibilities * Compliance & Record Keeping: Draft provider contracts by inputting correct assignment dates and site locations for approval. Maintain and update records, ensuring all provider documentation--including licenses and certificates of insurance (COIs)--is current and compliant. * New Site Acquisition: Conduct outreach using ZoomInfo and schedule introduction calls between potential sites and the recruiting team. * Scheduling Support: Assist with scheduling onsite CRNAs, coordinating closely with recruiters and site managers. * Data Entry & CRM Management: Enter and update candidate information in Bullhorn CRM, including name clearances, candidate presentations, placements, and compliance documentation. * Payroll Support: Assist with timesheet tracking and payroll coordination, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Requirements * Prior experience in healthcare staffing or account management preferred * Proficiency with CRM systems (Bullhorn a plus), Apple, and Google Calendar * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong communication and multitasking abilities (minimum of 70 wpm, ability to use Mac) * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
