What We 're Looking For: * Proven experience in sales or a related field (preferred but not required). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for success. * Must be willing to work Evenings and weekends. * Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing company. * Familiarity with the Cleveland market is a plus!
