Position Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and develop our growing Sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with at least three to five years of experience in sales management who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving performance, coaching account executives, and executing strategies to exceed revenue targets. This position reports to the VP of Sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Identify opportunities to refine sales processes and improve efficiency
- Oversee pipeline management and forecasting to ensure accurate and predictable revenue growth
- Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals
- Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and recommendations for scaling the team
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the customer journey
- Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure ongoing training and skill development
- Act as a key stakeholder in the hiring and onboarding process for new sales team members
- Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech-enabled services
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to change

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or revenue cycle management is a plus

Compensation
$105,000-$120,000 depending on experience + comp plan
