Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission Responsibilities: * Assist clients in obtaining financing by connecting them with suitable lenders for their real estate requirements. * Foster strong connections with clients and listing agents to facilitate smooth and successful property transactions. * Organize and review all property documents meticulously to ensure a seamless process for both buyers and sellers. * Keep clients informed about current local real estate trends and provide valuable market insights. * Collaborate with potential buyers to comprehend their housing preferences and needs effectively. * Strengthen relationships with clients and industry peers to establish trust and facilitate successful deals. * Offer expert guidance on purchasing and selling properties clearly and concisely. * Provide updated information on the latest trends in the local real estate market. * Showcase properties through open houses and personal showings to attract interested buyers. * Utilize strong negotiation techniques to secure favorable outcomes for clients. * Tailor sales strategies to the unique needs of clients to assist them in making informed decisions. * Maintain organization and efficiency through weekly tracking and accountability practices. * Enhance sales skills through regular coaching sessions and practical exercises. * Ensure transparent and honest communication with clients throughout the buying or selling process. * Successfully close deals and follow up with leads to ensure client satisfaction and potential future opportunities. Qualifications: * Applicants must have or be willing to acquire a valid Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License. * Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a mandatory requirement. * Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to cultivate strong relationships are key. * The role demands a customer-centric approach at all times. * Strong organizational skills and effective time management are prerequisites. * Consistent communication with clients and team members is a core value of this position. * The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting is expected. * Willingness to embrace and adapt to new technologies and methodologies is a must. * While experience in communication, negotiation, and sales is beneficial, it is not mandatory. * A positive and proactive attitude in the workplace is a non-negotiable aspect of this role.
