Duties * Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand company operations and management practices. * Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services. * Engage in outside sales activities, including telemarketing and direct customer interactions. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Support the benefits administration process by educating clients on available options. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
