This individual will be overseeing a sales team responsible for selling advertising for radio and TV in three different locations in Eastern Iowa. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring, setting sales goals, holding team meetings, training and mentoring individuals for success and results. Identify strategic objectives for sales growth and implement plans to achieve results. Our client would prefer someone with prior media experience.
