Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and services. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. * Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and inventory calculations. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Hydraulic hose crimping * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for managing transactions and inventory. * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
