Essential to the day-to-day operations of the store. * Monitors client sessions to ensure appointments run on time. * Helps promote current client renewals and is directly responsible for the acquisition of new prospects via telephone and text inquiries. * Helps the team clean and maintain the store. * Works closely with store stretch practitioners and the management team to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
