Now, we're looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team and help us expand our client base through direct, face-to-face outreach. Job Summary: As a Door-to-Door Sales Rep, your job is simple: connect with homeowners and businesses, introduce them to our window cleaning services, and close sales. You'll be the face of our brand in the community, so being personable, persuasive, and professional is key. Responsibilities: * Canvass residential neighborhoods or commercial areas to generate leads * Engage potential customers in conversation and explain the benefits of our services * Schedule appointments or close sales on the spot * Distribute flyers and promotional materials * Track leads, follow up with prospects, and report results daily * Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner Requirements: * Outgoing personality with great communication skills * Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet * Reliable transportation * Sales experience is a plus but not required (we provide training) * Goal-driven and able to work independently Perks: * Flexible schedule * High earning potential through commission and bonuses * Opportunity to grow with a thriving company * Training provided--no experience necessary!
