Description The Cookie Plug is seeking a motivated sales associate with a strong commitment to personal development, upbeat attitude, and customer service. Responsibilities * Deliver top notch riz to every guest that walks through the door * Talk about the latest tea with our guest (talk about latest deals and specials) * Take all orders with accuracy and repeat orders back to ensure accuracy * Bake cookies, put truck deliveries away, use of ovens, and POS systems. * Thank all customers upon departure, invite them to return. * Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized dining room and service area. * Comply with all health and food safety regulations at all times. * Count in and out of your drawer at the beginning and end of your shift, drop the nightly deposit if you're closing. Qualifications * At least 1 year leading a shift is preferred * Must have reliable transportation. * Availability during daytime, evenings, and late-night weekends. * Ability to learn computerized ordering systems. * Basic math, ability to count money and make change efficiently. * Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude. * Trustworthy and reliable. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to stand for long periods of the day. * Ability to work autonomously, stay productive.
