Inside Sales Representive-Countertop Sales LOCATION: Woodstock-Marietta area JOB TYPE: Full Time SALARY: $18 -$20 hour plus Commission based on Experience and if you bring a customer portfolio to the table. Commission is paid weekly. Weekly commission typically averages $125 - $900 per week. You should make somewhere between $50,000 and $75,000 ABOUT US: We are a leading provider of High-Quality countertops in the Atlanta area, known for our wide selection of materials and exception customer service. We pride ourselfs on helping customers find the perfect countertops for there homes or businesses. JIB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a motivated and experienced inside sales representive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in countertops sales, interior design or in some related building industry. You MUST have basic knowledge in Quickbooks. This role is key to our success in providing top- notch service and comunication to our customers, ensuring they find the best solutions for their needs. Responsibilities: *Greet and assist customers in the showroom, answering the phone, reponding to emails and provide expert advise and design help on countertops materials, colors, and finishes. *Understand and explain the features, benefits, and options of the varies countertop materials including granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and porcelian. *Prepare and provide accurate estimates, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. *Process sales orders, invoices, payments, and purchase orders using Quickbooks. *Maintain and update customer records in Builsertrend and our CRM system. *Follow up with potential leads, providing timely and professional communication by telephone, texts, emails,and social media. *Work closely with your fellow team members to provide timely installations,and help each other close business. *Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
