The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding their Medicare options, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in an outside sales environment. Bilingual or multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities * Educate clients about Medicare plans and options available to them. * Assist clients with the enrollment process and ensure they understand their benefits. * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about changes in Medicare policies and regulations to provide accurate information. * Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach potential clients effectively. * Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks as needed. Requirements * 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus; proficiency in Spanish is especially valued. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an outside sales role. * Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and sales strategies is beneficial. * A passion for helping others navigate their healthcare options is essential.
