Marketing Representative/Sales Coordinator Who we are: Autoland LLC is the car buying service for members of credit unions, and affinity groups. About the role: Autoland Marketing Representative/Sales Coordinator serves a dual role, building relationships with both credit union partners and customers. As a Marketing Representative, the focus is on meeting business goals through lead generation, promoting the Autoland business model at credit unions, and working with sales consultants to enhance branch-level marketing efforts and encourage repeat business. In the Sales Coordinators role, duties include assisting with transporting or delivery of purchased and trade-in vehicles, presenting and packaging corresponding paperwork, and conducting vehicle appraisals in the field. The position is responsible for these key areas: * Provides tactical support for consultants in handling deal documentation as well as software support in systems * Communicating effectively in-person, over the phone and via e-mail. * Supporting branch-level marketing efforts and providing training and promotional support to partners. * Attending credit union events and meetings to support marketing programs and maintain partner engagement. * Managing delivery schedules with the Regional Manager and Consultants, ensuring timely vehicle handoffs and smooth transactions. * Reviewing the operational features of the vehicle being delivered. * Completing sales paperwork in company software, explaining delivery documents, and addressing customer inquiries, including aftermarket product options. Our ideal candidate: * Credit union experience is a plus. * Valid driver's license, clean driving record and background. * Ability to obtain a Salesperson License. * Reliable transportation. * Knowledge of internet software and Microsoft Office. * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. * Flexibility to work two Saturdays per month for deliveries.
