The Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representatives to join our field sales team in the Des Moines, Iowa area. Your primary mission will be to connect with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of solar energy, and generate sales opportunities. You will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets through effective D2D strategies. This is a direct sales role focused on individual success and contributing to the team's overall goals. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation * Appointment Setting * Achieve Sales Targets * Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and SolQ's unique value proposition. * Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and local regulations. Essential: * Experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong work ethic. * Resilient and adaptable, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. * Experience in the solar energy industry. * Previous door-to-door sales experience. Preferred: * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a door-to-door sales environment.
