What You'll Do * Make 150+ outbound B2B cold calls per day using our CRM and dialer tools * Set a minimum of 2 qualified appointments daily for the sales team * Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a strong pipeline * Clearly communicate Angyla.AI's value proposition, tailoring messaging to each prospect's pain points * Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in HubSpot CRM * Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions What We 're Looking For * 2+ years of B2B sales or cold calling experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or similar industries) * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound call and appointment-setting goals * Strong communication and active listening skills * Organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow into a full-cycle AE role * Experience using HubSpot CRM and other sales tools * Interest in AI, startups, and the evolving customer experience landscape Preferred Qualifications * Experience with B2B sales across various sectors or industries * Background in solution-based selling with complex sales cycles What We Offer * $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission * Clear path to promotion into an Account Executive role within 6 to 12 months based on performance * 100% remote work * Access to top-tier sales training, mentorship, and leadership exposure * A fast-paced, collaborative team environment that values growth and celebrates success Ready to take your sales career to the next level?
