Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Robotic Pre-sales Engineer to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. As a Robotic Pre-sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team in order to secure new business and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs and requirements * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients * Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients on the most suitable robotic solutions for their business needs * Create and deliver technical proposals and quotes for potential clients * Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost estimates for potential projects * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotic technology * Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Forestown's robotic solutions * Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the robotics industry * Strong technical knowledge and understanding of robotics systems and applications * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
