Job description Job Overview ENGLISH AND SPANISH REQUIRED We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plastic Surgery Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our plastic surgery operations, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and service. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and medical staff. Responsibilities * Assist in preparing the surgical environment for procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile. * Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism. * Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to ensure smooth operations during procedures. * Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes. * Support outside sales efforts by promoting our services to potential clients and healthcare providers. * Analyze patient feedback and outcomes to improve service delivery. * Negotiate with vendors for supplies and equipment as needed. * Utilize technical sales skills to educate clients about our services and products related to plastic surgery. Experience * Previous experience in a medical or surgical setting is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong background in customer service; experience in medical sales or technical sales is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Ability to analyze data and feedback for continuous improvement in service delivery.
