Job description Position Overview Glownar.com is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and elevate our sales team. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales coaching to drive revenue growth and business expansion. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in sales and call center management, customer service, CRM utilization (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), and team sales monitoring, coaching and development. This position reports to Head of Sales and Marketing. Key Responsibilities Sales Coaching & Leadership: * Train, mentor, and inspire sales team members to enhance performance and exceed sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly). * Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, team meetings, and training workshops to reinforce best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques. * Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and implement personalized coaching strategies for continuous improvement, and standard operating procedures * Provide constructive feedback, motivation, and support to help the team overcome obstacles and close more deals. Business Development & Revenue Growth: * Develop and execute strategic sales goals to expand market reach and increase revenue. * Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners to generate leads and secure new business. * Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align business strategies and optimize sales efforts. * Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities for growth. * Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing our value and solutions. Performance Management & Goal Achievement: * Set clear KPIs, sales objectives, and daily performance expectations for the team. * Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health to track progress and ensure targets are met. * Implement sales discipline, accountability, and best practices to drive consistent results. Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). * Proven experience in sales management, business development, or related roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets. * Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop sales teams. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies. * Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving success and exceeding targets.
