The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be able to manage their own business-within-a-business. You will be a key contributor, not only to our Mission, but of providing the Outstanding Customer Service_ we are known for. What You Will Do Greet customers on the lot and guide them into the sales process Help customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs Promote accessories and the right finance products to meet customer's needs Complete sales contracts, deliver vehicles and follow-up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction Participate in manufacturer education and training programs What You Will Bring A passion for helping customers with their automotive needs A proven sales track record Strong communication skills and professional appearance Resilient and competitive with a solid work ethic Computer literate and basic math skills needed to complete sales contracts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to demonstrate the company's Core Values every day What We Provide 40 hours of professional sales training State of the art facilities Requirements A valid driver's license and good driving record Must be 18 years or older Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
