What you will be doing: * Perform inbound and outbound sales activities to convert leads to sales. * Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling insurance products. * Provide personalized advice on insurance coverage based on individual circumstances with the goal of closing the sale with the best product. * Explain policy details, terms, and conditions to clients. * Perform follow-up activities to nurture or remarket leads. * Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policies. * Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and industry standards. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. * Follow structured workflows and scripting to ensure consistency and quality of interactions. * Perform other duties, as assigned. What you have: Education, Experience, and Licensing: * High School diploma required. * 2+ years' experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics. * 1+ years' experience P&C Homeowners insurance. * Active 2-20 or 20-44 license required. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: * Goal oriented with a high level of resilience. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible. Adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with team members in other departments. * Ability to learn new systems and applications. * Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. * Desire to live Slide's Core Values.
