We are searching for an enthusiastic, career-minded sales associate to assist our customers in the Flooring department. Our sales professionals earn lucrative incentives with a sales guarantee of $25.00 per hour for up to the first six months. We also provide extensive product training and support to enhance your ability to assist customers and increase your earning potential. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: * Greet customers, determine their needs and address any related questions or concerns * Ensure customer needs are taken care of and expectations have been met/exceeded * Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notes * Perform other reasonable job functions as assigned by an immediate supervisor and/or other management WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG: * Previous sales experience required * Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals * Strong customer-service orientation * Dependable, presentable and personable with the public * Exceptional interpersonal skills * Have the ability to reach company sales standards * Previous sales experience helpful but a great attitude is essential * Experience with home furnishings is a plus * Basic computer and typing skills needed WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED: RC Willey provides extensive sales training and coaching in order to enhance your ability to assist customers, increase your earning potential, and teach you what you need to succeed.
