Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity As a Sales Manager here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in sales, guidance, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market guidance. You will report directly to our Director of Sales. In this role, your impact on the company will be significant. By effectively guiding and managing a team of sales representatives, you will drive revenue growth, contribute to the company's financial success, and strengthen customer relationships. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a guide in the industry and drive the company's growth and performance-driven in the market. Key Responsibilities * Guide and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and facilitation to achieve sales targets * Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement * Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and facilitation * Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market guidance YOU MUST HAVE * Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a guidance or managerial role * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth * Strong guidance and team management skills * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders WE VALUE * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field * Passion for sales and achieving results * Strategic thinking and ability to drive sales performance improvement * Strong business acumen and insight into market dynamics * Ability to guide and motivate a team to achieve sales targets * Continuous learning and adaptability Additional Information * JOB ID: HRD261908 * Category: Sales * Location: HON LOC NOT AVAIL IN STATE,Cleveland,Ohio,99999,United States * Exempt Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
