Preferred Skills and Qualifications of our In*side Sales Representative*: * 5+ years of experience selling in a business-to-business environment is preferred. * Associates degree in business (or related field) is preferred or equivalent experience. * Cold Calling Expertise: Comfort and experience with cold calling and emailing as primary outreach methods to potential clients. * Sales Acumen: A solid understanding of B2B sales principles and customer service practices, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets. * Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, necessary for effective lead generation, client interaction, and internal coordination. * Experience with Lead Generation: Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques and the ability to qualify and manage leads efficiently. * Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, for tracking customer interactions and sales progress. * Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret sales data for business growth demonstrations. * Project Management Skills: Capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, maintaining organization, and meeting deadlines. * Customer Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. * Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, coordinating with various departments to achieve sales goals. * Adaptability and Learning Ability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, particularly in understanding and utilizing our company's products and our proprietary data storytelling tool. * Software: Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, Grammarly, Sharefile, PowerBI, Zoom.
