Sales Representative (Commission-Based | $85,000+) Our client, a respected leader in property restoration and repair, is dedicated to assisting homeowners and property owners through the restoration process. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in a commission-based role (with a guaranteed starting period). In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential clients, offering expert advice on restoration solutions, and successfully closing sales. Success in this role is built on relationship- building, consultative sales, and educating clients on the services we offer. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and qualify leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting. Client Consultations: Conduct in-person or virtual consultations, assess property damage, and recommend tailored restoration solutions. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners. Insurance Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the insurance claims process, ensuring clarity and transparency. Sales Closure: Present customized solutions and close sales while maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service. Pipeline Management: Organize and track leads, follow up with prospects, and manage an active sales pipeline. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance sales is a plus. Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, managing your own pipeline and schedule. Exceptional customer relationship management skills, from consultation to project completion. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and networking. Knowledge of property restoration, construction, or insurance claims is beneficial; training will be provided for the right candidate.
