Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Responsibilities * Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. * Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients to ensure timely follow-ups and responses. * Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. * Support technical sales efforts by providing product information and addressing customer inquiries effectively. * Negotiate terms with clients to close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction. * Maintain an organized database of leads, contacts, and opportunities for ongoing tracking and reporting. Skills * Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred, with a solid understanding of software products. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone and via email. * Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful deal closures while maintaining positive client relationships. * Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and warm calling strategies to generate interest among potential customers. * Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly with clients and team members. * Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth within the technology sector.
