Position Overview: We are looking for motivated, self-driven commission-based sales representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and helping customers find the best roofing and restoration solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and be eager to contribute to a dynamic and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Generation : Identify and develop leads through a combination of prospecting, networking, and referrals. * Client Consultations : Meet with potential customers to assess their needs and provide tailored roofing and restoration solutions. * Proposal Creation : Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes for services. * Closing Deals : Negotiate contracts and close sales with clients. * Customer Service : Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and ensure client satisfaction. * Collaboration with "Guys": Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless project execution, from estimating to navigating the insurance process and overseeing the build process. * Ongoing Relationships : Maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: * Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing, restoration, or construction industries (a plus but not required). * Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive your own success. * Goal-Oriented : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Customer-Focused : A passion for providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations. * Reliable Transportation : A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. * Team-Oriented : You will be joining our "Guys" who are eager to help you succeed.
