Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients regarding their roofing needs. You will leverage your skills in direct sales, account management, and customer service to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen ability to analyze customer requirements while identifying opportunities for upselling. Responsibilities * Engage with potential clients through lead generation efforts to identify roofing needs and solutions. * Conduct thorough assessments of client properties to provide tailored roofing recommendations. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage client accounts and track sales activities effectively. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communications. * Present detailed proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our roofing services and products. * Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. * Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements * Proven experience in Roofing sales * Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service. * Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and provide appropriate solutions. * Experience in upselling products or services is a plus. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team. * A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.
