Our client, a leading provider of elevator modernization services, preventative maintenance and code compliance, shunt trip testing and fire recall systems, elevator pit waterproofing and electrical services, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager. The selected candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. * Build trust-based relationships with building owners, property managers, and facility teams. * Proactively communicate about service schedules, repair needs, and elevator performance. * Coordinate with service and repair teams to resolve customer concerns quickly. * Identify and promote opportunities for new service account, modernizations or upgrades. * Track contract renewals and assist in pricing proposals. * Collaborate with operations and admin staff to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations. * Keep accurate records of interactions, proposals, and renewals in the CRM. * Attend site visits as needed to better understand client needs. Qualifications: * 3+ years in account management, client services, or sales (experience in elevator or technical services is a plus). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed.
