We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Traveling Residential Sales/Leasing Specialist to join our growing team! This role is responsible for supporting multiple 55+ active adult apartment communities, specializing in lease-ups, occupancy support, and on-site sales strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for helping others find their perfect home and thrives in a fast-paced, travel-based environment. Key Responsibilities: * Travel extensively (90-100% of the time) to support leasing efforts across multiple 55+ residential communities * Lead lease-up efforts, ensuring rapid occupancy and achievement of leasing benchmarks * Conduct property tours, respond to leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects, and close leases * Create and manage leases accurately while ensuring compliance with company standards and fair housing regulations * Work leads through CRM systems and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents * Collaborate with property teams to resolve issues and optimize the leasing process * Troubleshoot leasing challenges and adapt strategies for each community's unique needs * Provide clear and timely reporting to regional leadership Requirements: * 3+ years of proven experience in residential leasing or sales; lease-up experience required * Strong sales skills and closing ability - self-starter and results-oriented * Experience with 55+ or active adult communities is highly desirable * Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, CRM systems, and Rent Caf e is a strong plus * Skilled in marketing, working leads, multi-tasking, and creating leases * Able to meet and exceed leasing benchmarks under tight timelines * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills * Must be highly adaptable and thrive in a mobile, fast-paced work environment * Must be willing to travel 90 -100% of the time, including overnight stays * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance * Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Work schedule: * 40 hours weekly, and some OT is required at times. * Tuesday - Saturday.
