Description: Dynamic & self motivated individual inspired by the opportunity to work as a team member to help achieve department goals. We are looking for a sales professional to identify leads, provide trainings and presentations for specialty building materials. Primary responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify new sales leads. * Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects. * Create, plan and deliver presentation on company products. * Track sales activities, keep current account information. * Meet and/or exceed quotas. * Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts. * Travel required. Job requires the following Skills: * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas * 2 years of sales experience * Recent job history of successfully managing customer relations * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Must be organized, multitasker. * Building Materials/Construction/Sales * 4 year degree or equivalent experience * Basic knowledge of accounting principles & math skills * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook * 10 Key / 50 wpm Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
