ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Sales and Recruiting SUMMARY: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our staffing and recruiting team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates while consistently meeting performance targets. This role plays a critical part in contributing to the company's growth by actively recruiting top talent, matching qualified candidates to job openings, and developing long-term client relationships. The Account Executive will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and must exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a proactive mindset. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Account Executive is responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding performance standards, which include both sales and recruiting metrics. Core responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, client account management, and business development. The role requires actively servicing both clients and candidates by securing temporary and direct hire placements, following up post-placement, and ensuring customer satisfaction to remain eligible for commission. Additional responsibilities include: * Building and maintaining a strong client base through prospecting, relationship-building, and consistent client engagement. * Securing job orders and matching candidates using approved tools and processes. * Interviewing, qualifying, and coaching candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process. * Completing daily planning activities, ongoing training, and team collaboration to improve productivity. * Performing retention and quality checks with both clients and candidates. * Managing data entry, documentation, and compliance in company systems. * Responding professionally to client and candidate needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely manner. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of 2 years of customer development, account management, or staffing experience. * Demonstrated success in a goal-driven or commission-based environment. * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. * Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), the internet, and applicant tracking or CRM systems. * Typing speed of at least 36 WPM. * Must have held no more than two positions with different employers in the last two years.
