Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. * Utilize basic math skills for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations. * Maintain an organized stockroom, restocking shelves as necessary to ensure product availability. * Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales opportunities. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is advantageous. * Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and team members. * Basic knowledge of retail math is helpful for managing transactions accurately. * A willingness to learn about products and services offered in the store is important for success in this role.
