Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources. Generating insurance quotes. Requirements Must be highly self-motivated. Career minded vision. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required or the ability to obtain one. Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred. Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
