COMPANY : Trading Office : San Jose CA Salary : $26-32/hours / $54080-$66560/Year Bonus : Yes Benefits : Health/ Dental/Vision and 401K Working hours : 9-6pm ( Core time from 11-3pm ) Hybrid work 3 times office a week after probation term Duty : * Daily communication with customers, suppliers, and carriers * Timely updating of deployed delivery information in ledgers, instructions to related departments for arrangements, and coordination * Creation of delivery plans based on customer demand * Update ledgers of order information and confirm figures * Identify inventory and arrangement quantities and communicate appropriately both internally and externally before problems arise * Keep forms obtained from suppliers in the proper place, instruct suppliers to send documents that have not been obtained, and instruct suppliers to correct documents that are in error. * Prepare and send documents required for imports and exports. * Administrative follow-up in the event of vacations, vacancies, etc. * Arrangement of office and employee supplies and follow-up on general administrative procedures Qualifications] * Related experience of more than 2 years * Language: Japanese (Expert), English (Business) * EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT (Business level) To apply please email resume to htakamipasona.com
