* Solicit new business and maintain accounts through face-to-face as well as other social media platforms, keeping customer satisfaction a priority. * Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure that the customer needs are adequately met. * Respond to all selling opportunities and recommend products to meet customer's needs. * Actively recruit new customers. * Actively gather " field intelligence" and provide this information to the department manager enabling the company to keep a competitive edge. * Informs customers of sales and marketing promotions as well as new product offerings.
