Combine your career goals and sense of adventure by joining our exciting team of employees Royal Caribbean Group is pleased to offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and excellent career development opportunities each offering unique ways to explore the world The Royal Caribbean Group's Trade Marketing Team for Celebrity Cruises has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Account Executive Presentation & Copywriting reporting to the Manager Trade Marketing Position is onsite and based in Miami FL This role entails the creation and management of executive presentations as well as various copywriting and ghostwriting projects It is pivotal in supporting senior leadership with external presentation commitments and involves extensive executive communication to ensure appropriate representation and tone of voice The position encompasses both long forms copy creation and short conversational ghostwriting necessitating a strong understanding of the English language including its nuances and grammatical intricacies Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Microsoft platforms for presentation creation is required This role requires close collaboration with the executive team graphic designers and the sales team to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Research and create engaging presentation content that aligns with the brand message and target audience * ensuring accuracy and clarity Developing visually appealing presentation slides with appropriate graphics charts * and formatting to enhance the presentation's impact * Manage high executive level relationships and communicate clearly and professionally * Drive brand consistency through by following brand guidelines for copy Strong command of grammar syntax * and the ability to write concise and persuasive content Assume ghostwriting role by partnering with various executives to create engaging and tonal articles scripts * and additional copy types * Effectively communicate through various voice adaptations to reflect the executive style and persona * Work with team creatives to submit creative requests for timely completion of creative executions Performs other duties as required This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position Employees will be required to perform any other job- related duties assigned by their supervisor or management Qualifications Knowledge and Skills: Minimum of BA in Business Advertising * Marketing or related field * 2-4 years writing experience in advertising or related field * Some form of executive stakeholder relationship experience Excellent copywriting editing * and proofreading skills Software experience in Mac and Windows applications including Word * PowerPoint and strong advantage on Adobe creative suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) Meticulous attention to detail; clear and concise communication * commitment to producing quality product; deadline conscious Proficiency in communicating ideas * marketing and promoting concepts * Understanding of Cruise industry is a plus * Ability to manage multiple tasks Must be resourceful with a "yes * we'll make it happen" attitude * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to constant change * Ability to meet deadlines We know there's a lot to consider As you go through the application process our recruiters will be glad to provide guidance and more relevant details to answer any additional questions Thank you again for your interest in Royal Caribbean Group We'll hope to see you onboard soon!
