We are looking for a hybrid position--a sales arborist who can do professional estimates and tree assessments, and an experienced climber and crew lead who can do professional removals of up to 100ft tall, including close quarter removals. Your functions will include : - Giving accurate estimates, assessing trees, providing arborist reports, creating quotes and getting jobs sold. - Following up with customers and helping our office team to ensure jobs close. - Working with the crews to help them understand the jobs you sell and ensuring great results. - Pruning and removals of trees of all sizes and species. -Rigging and roping, working in confined, no damage areas. - Maintaining a professional image and attitude across the board. -Help train and mentor newer team members while being open to learning yourself. Pay is based on climbing and sales experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70-80k/yr. QUALIFICATIONS Schedule: * 8 hour shift * 10 hour shift * Monday to Friday Willing to work weekends as needed License/Certification: * Driver's License with very clean driving record * CDL (not required, but a bonus) Must be drug-free.
