Job Description The Outside Sales Representative will serve as TintFlux's primary face within the US. This role is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with PPF and tint installers, shops, distributors, and automotive businesses. From prospecting and product demos to training and sales support, you'll help drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth as TintFlux expands its U.S. footprint. This is a hunter role--perfect for someone who thrives on relationship- building, has deep industry knowledge, and is energized by helping new partners succeed. Key Responsibilities: Grow the Market: Prospect new installer shops, detailing centers, tint businesses, and distributors to expand the TintFlux footprint. Support Existing Clients: Provide ongoing support, answering product questions, coordinating orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Demonstrate Product Value: Conduct in-person demos and training on Undisclosed PPF and tint products, emphasizing ease of installation and performance. Territory Development: Analyze market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and prioritize high-potential leads. Represent the Brand: Attend tradeshows, industry events, and shop visits as a TintFlux brand ambassador. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Provide Feedback: Relay market feedback to TintFlux leadership to inform product development, marketing, and operations. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the PPF, tint, automotive film, or aftermarket accessories industry Deep knowledge of PPF and tint materials, installation processes, and end- user value Self-motivated and proactive with a track record of closing sales and managing pipelines Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Ability to travel regionally (with occasional national travel) Comfortable conducting in-shop demos and trainings CRM experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Why Join TintFlux?
