Position Overview: We're seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team and fuel our growth. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, utilizing tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, including collections assistance. Benefits: * Competitive Salary: $20 - $22/hour * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Paid Time Off Responsibilities: * Enter new leads into the CRM (Salesforce) from multiple sources (i.e. Google Maps, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) * Perform collections duties such as following up on outstanding invoices and communicating with clients regarding payment status. * Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. * Assist with data entry, record-keeping, file management and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. * Research existing leads in the CRM (Salesforce) updating missing and inaccurate information * Generate a lead score for new and existing leads measuring how close a fit the lead is to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). * Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure the accuracy of lead information passed on to them, correcting any misinformation. * Research facilities that generate high lead scores and have high estimated monthly recurring revenue to ensure the leads' quality. * Generate targeted lists of prospects for sales outreach. Qualifications: * 2 years of direct sales and/or business development experience. * Experience with prospecting and qualifying leads. * Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce. * Strong communication skills (spoke and written). * Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for targeted lead generation. * Creativity and ability to develop out-of-the-box solutions to drive unique, customer-centric solutions.
