To date, HOA has invested in, and currently manages, approximately 15,500 home sites across 160 communities and 22 states. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Home Sales Analyst to provide comprehensive administrative support to our dynamic sales team for our Illinois portfolio. Responsibilities: * Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments * Marketing homes on different platforms * Order and event coordination for community open houses * Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team * Organize and schedule appointments and meetings * Work closely with other administrative staff and support other colleagues as needed. * Ensure that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities * Presents a positive and professional image for the organization * Performs any additional duties assigned Qualifications * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Marketing/Sales experience preferred * Manufactured housing/apartments experience preferred * Strong computer skills and typing ability * Excellent organizational and clerical experience * Strong communication and customer service skills * Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
