Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, in the south east region of Ohio driving business development, and fostering strong relationships with customers. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen, particularly in technology sales, to effectively communicate solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities * Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. * Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with customer requirements. * Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices. * Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to clients. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or business development and sales. * Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide clients * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships. * Proficient in software for managing sales processes. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results. * A strong understanding of technical sales processes is preferred.
