Employee Appreciation and Value * Salary $160,000 to $200,000 DOE * ESOP * 401k plus company match * Company vehicle or allowance * Paid Vacation, sick time and holidays * Medical / Dental / Vision * Generous bonus program 10-25% * Relocation Assistance Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, (or related field) or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience. * Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. * Strong communication across multiple disciplines and cultures; demonstrated communication skills- written, verbal presentation. Experience & Industry Expertise * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience. * Solid foundation of market analysis, project management and sales strategies. * Must be able to navigate client relationships and collaborations. * Must possess strong problem-solving abilities and a keen sense of commercial awareness. Responsibilities * Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving product innovation and enhancing operational efficiencies. * Engage in meticulous market research, competitive analysis and customer feedback to formulate data-driven strategies that fuel growth. * Stays abreast of evolving industry trends and best practices, including new techniques and equipment. * Forging effective partnerships, nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth, ultimately enabling the company to expand its market presence and achieve its long-term objectives.
