We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our executive team and assist with technical sales operations. This onsite role combines administrative tasks with sales coordination in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the executive calendar and schedule meetings and travel. * Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. * Maintain and organize important business documents. * Handle confidential information with discretion. * Draft and review contracts to ensure accuracy. * Provide admin support to improve daily efficiency. * Help prepare and distribute marketing materials for trade shows and events. * Support the technical sales team with client coordination, presentations, and proposal tracking. * Work with teams to ensure timely communication with clients. Requirements: * Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and team-friendly. * Interest or experience in technical sales is a plus. * Position is onsite.
