About the Role We're looking for a leader who will: * Ensure seamless day-to-day operations while aligning with our big-picture goals. * Actively connect with agents through 1-on-1 meetings, coaching sessions, and motivation strategies. * Host engaging trainings and events that fuel agent growth and success. * Stay on the pulse of market trends, taking agents to key locations and experiences around town. * Leverage technology to enhance productivity and keep us at the forefront of the industry. * Roll up their sleeves for property management tasks, ensuring we're always prepared for audits or legal challenges. * Regularly be present in our Maplewood office to connect with agents and foster a positive, supportive environment. What We 're Looking For The ideal candidate: * Has prior experience as a broker and thrives in leadership roles. * Is detail-focused, organized, and committed to keeping things running smoothly. * Knows how to motivate agents to engage, even the more reluctant ones. * Leads with patience, professionalism, and the ability to handle diverse personalities. * Embraces innovation and is tech-savvy, leaving outdated methods behind. * Takes a collaborative, hands-on approach to all aspects of the business. Compensation * Competitive salary with significant earning potential from agent transactions. Location * Based in Maplewood, with a strong presence in the office to foster collaboration and engagement.
