Job Title: Account Manager (AM) Department: Client Services Reports to: Director of Client Services Position Summary The primary role of the Account Manager (AM) is to strengthen the business-to- client experience. As pioneers in the industry, Sky was built on an installation foundation that now incorporates fabrication and design. This position requires a highly motivated, goal-driven individual who proactively and professionally communicates as the primary point of contact with the client. The AM internally acts as the 'hub' for all internal departments, leading the team from project kickoff to completion. This includes leading kick-off calls with the client, ensuring full project scope is communicated clearly and concisely to all team members, and that projects are executed as close to the client's expectations and budget as possible. The AM will work closely with the Sales team and proactively communicate future client projects and needs as they arise. In addition to maintaining a thorough understanding of all project details, Account Managers are responsible for ensuring all Sky team members understand and comply with budgetary parameters and client expectations to complete projects on time and within budget. Essential Responsibilities: Project Focus: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients Act as client advocate within Sky Build trust internally and externally through consistent engagement and a successful track record Create and review project proposals with a defined scope Maintain timelines, forecasts, and collaborate with Sales on assigned accounts Work closely with the project team to develop and coordinate a plan for success Oversee the development of estimates and maintain alignment with internal budget requirements Oversee new client onboarding process Utilize required software systems accurately, timely, and efficiently Comply with company financial guidelines regarding purchase orders, payment terms, and accounts receivables Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail Become proficient in industry standard materials and fabrication techniques Occasional travel to job sites and/or client meetings Leadership Focus: Build and maintain a team-focused environment and lead others through example Work closely with the Sky Training Coordinator in the development of training materials, standard operating procedures, and other training documents as needed Identify opportunities for process improvements across projects Perform retrospective project analysis with internal department managers as needed to identify and remedy challenges and inefficiencies Required Skills: * Effective oral and written communication skills * Excellent telephone and email etiquette * Exemplary Customer Service skills * Highly organized and able to keep timelines and due dates * High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel * Ability to work on both PC and mobile platforms * Basic understanding of ERP software * Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Education & Experience: * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent * 1-3 years experience in customer service or other related fields Benefits : * Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO after 90 days Location : * Hybrid (Sherwood, OR) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Sherwood, OR 97140 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Sherwood, OR 97140: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sherwood, OR 97140
