Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for branding and promoting the practice in the community to attract new patients. This role requires a background in social media marketing as well as traditional marketing, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties * Social Media Content Creation that engages existing patients as well as attracts new patients into the practice. * Coordination of marketing events and sponsorships to promote the practice. * Manage doctor engagements with outside offices. * Establish and build relationships with outside referral sources. * Communicate with vendors and order promotional material. * Welcome New Patients and present financial options for treatment. Requirements * Proven experience in social media marketing as well as traditional marketing. * Proficiency in computer literacy with experience in Google Suite applications. * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities. * Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
