Strategic Account Manager Sales Department Job Description Position Summary: As a Strategic Account Manager at Mirapath, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned accounts. You will work cross-functionally to deliver tailored IT infrastructure solutions, helping clients scale effectively while contributing to the company's revenue and growth goals. Position Responsibilities: * Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning company solutions accordingly. * Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive networking and market research. * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical experts, and management, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client objectives. * Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth project handover to the delivery team. * Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, forecast accurately, and report on sales performance metrics. * Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or risks for the business. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our services and establish a strong market presence. * Develop and maintain knowledge of Mirapath's product set; participate in educational opportunities. Be able to: * Explain the scope of all our solutions and position accordingly in relation to an organization's requirements * Develop and tailor materials to assist the sales team in explaining key features & benefits * Provide quality customer service in assisting customers on questions and/or requests. * Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives. Position Requirements: * BA/BS in a business or technical related field or equivalent required, MBA a plus. * Proven track record of at least 5 years in IT infrastructure sales or account management, preferably with experience in Data Center. * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, services, and industry trends. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals * Proficient computer, software, and data analysis skills [please apply online] Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point) * Must possess strong initiative, resiliency, organizational and time management skills * Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. * Excellent problem solver with strong negotiation and presentation skills * Proven record in business development and account planning/management * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and managed time within a fast-paced environment * Resourceful and ability to adapt quickly to changing environment * Travel up to 50% of the time * Strong entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset. * Self-learner who is proactive, strategic, and intentional in building and nurturing client relationships and accounts. * Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities and develop accounts with a strategic, long-term perspective.
